DBY electric diaphragm pump can pump the flowing liquid and transport the medium which is not easy to flow. It adopts the new cycloidal pinwheel reducer transmission, and drives the double diaphragm to reciprocate through the crankshaft slider transmission mechanism, so that the working chamber volume changes alternately. The liquid is continuously inhaled and removed. It has many advantages for conveying machinery such as self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, mud pumps and impurity pumps.

working principle
The motor (4) drives the diaphragm (2) on the left and right ends of the plunger to reciprocate one by one through the reduction gear box (3). In the left and right pump chambers, there are four upper and two one-way ball valves (2). The movement of the diaphragm causes the volume in the working chamber to be more than annu, forcing the four one-way ball valves to alternately open and close, thereby continuously flowing the liquid. Inhalation and elimination.
Precautions
1) Diaphragm pump open parking load operation
The diaphragm pump is driven by the variable frequency motor. If the parking load is too large or too small, in order to avoid the above situation, the hard-opening parking load is controlled at about 30%, and the load is set in the meter to increase or decrease the load. It can be completed in a period of time, and the maintenance of the inverter is effectively performed from the process.
2) Diaphragm pump instrument air and lubricant pressure system operation
The instrument air and lubricating oil pressure of the diaphragm pump are interlocked with the main motor. The oil filling and draining valve of the propelling fluid are gas-closed valves. The air pressure must be maintained at all times. The minimum operating pressure of the two valves is not less than 0.4MPa. Therefore, the air pressure of the instrument is generally maintained above 015 MPa. Even if the pump is stopped, the instrument air is not stopped, so as to prevent the liquid in the liquid chamber from being insufficient or excessive, and the air supplied to the valve is filtered and oil atomized.
When the diaphragm pump is in operation, the lubricating oil pressure should not be lower than the pressure interlocking value (0115MPa), and the pressure difference of the lubricating oil outlet filter should not be too large. The steel ball in the lubricating oil flow sight glass should be at the upper limit position, and the flow rate is adjusted. The adjustment range should not be too large, so as to avoid the instantaneous flow being too large, causing the pressure to drop too fast, causing the interlock to jump.

The parabolic flow characteristics are between straight and equal percentages. They can generally be replaced by equal percentage characteristics. The fast opening characteristics are mainly used in two-position adjustment and program control. Therefore, the choice of diaphragm pump characteristics is actually linear and equal percentage flow characteristics. s Choice.
The choice of the flow characteristics of the electric diaphragm pump can be calculated theoretically, but the methods and equations used are complex. Today, more experience criteria are adopted, which are considered from the following aspects: (1) from the adjustment quality of the adjustment system and selection; 2 from the case of process piping; 3 from the load change analysis.
By selecting the flow characteristics of the diaphragm pump, the shape and structure of the valve spool can be determined according to its flow characteristics. However, for diaphragm valves, butterfly valves, etc., due to their structural characteristics, it is impossible to change the shape of the valve core to achieve The required flow characteristics can be achieved by changing the shape of the feedback cam of the valve positioner.
