The composition of the single body pump: the single body pump consists of plunger, plunger sleeve, back spring, spring seat, oil outlet valve, oil outlet valve seat, oil out valve spring, oil outlet valve and so on.


The structure of the 1. oil valve

(1) the oil outlet valve and the seat are precision even parts, made of high quality alloy steel, its guide hole, upper and lower end and seat hole after precision machining and grinding, can not be interchanged after matching.


(2) the conical part of the oil outlet valve is the axial sealing cone surface of the valve, and the conical part of the valve slides in the guide hole to play a guiding role. The tail is machined with grooves to form a cross section to allow fuel to pass through. The cylinder surface in the middle of the outlet valve is called the decompression belt, which forms a decompression volume between the sealing cone and the sealing cone.


(3) the lower end of the valve seat and the upper end face of the plunger sleeve are precisely machined and tightly bonded. It is compacted by tightening the nut cap with the tightening torque. There is a copper pressure seal gasket with a certain thickness between the compression nut and the valve seat. There is also a low pressure gasket between the nut and the upper end of the shell.


(4) in the inner cavity of the oil valve, the inner cavity of the screw cap is equipped with a subtraction vessel with a slot to reduce the volume of the inner cavity space, promote the rapid injection stop, and limit the function of the maximum lift of the oil valve.


The function of the 2. oil valve

(1) prevent the injection of oil before the injection, improve the injection speed: when the fuel injection pump, the oil pressure is higher than the pre tightening force of the oil valve spring and the residual pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe, the oil outlet valve rises, and its seal face leaves the seat. The fuel in the pump chamber can only enter the high-pressure oil pipe until the pressure relief belt on the oil outlet valve completely leaves the guide hole of the seat.

(2) prevent the injection of oil after the injection, improve the closing speed: when the oil supply is stopped, the lower edge of the pressure relief belt of the oil outlet valve is cut off when the pipe is entered. When the oil outlet valve is completely settled down by a distance of one distance of H, the volume of the high pressure oil pipe is increased, and the oil pressure is reduced to 1MPa to 2MPa rapidly. The oil breaking is quick and crisp, and the oil drops after the oil pressure fluctuation and the "tube shrinkage" are prevented.


(3) prevent the fuel from flowing back and keep the residual pressure in the high pressure oil pipe.
