Present situation analysis of domestic pump industry

Although China's pump industry has experienced more than 20 years of development, such development is a big expansion of the low end industry mode. In particular, private enterprises in the middle and low end pump market has also made considerable progress. At present, the huge scale of ten thousand pump enterprises and millions of employees has been formed in China.


Ironically, the paradox with the scale is that up to now, the domestic pump industry still has the following problems that may be related to life and death:


The low-end domestic pump is still the mainstream of the market.


More than 80% so-called domestic pump companies are still thirty years away from the world's top Pump Companies in terms of technology, management and production methods.


Fantasy with the "hard, strong means," and so on to get unfair opportunities, and not quiet to think about the core competitiveness of their own pump enterprises still occupy the majority.


This is the current situation of the domestic pump industry. What we can do is to face the reality.


The new normal state of China's economy is bound to force the number of Chinese pump enterprises to reduce by about 30% in three years or so, and 50% large numbers of pumps in five years are the normal situation of the industry. So, what is the way out for the existing pump companies? How can the domestic pump enterprises break the situation? Dr. Wang Dejun has made some suggestions.


1) for the domestic pump enterprises that have no competitiveness, no core technology and complete low end, I personally think the way out is to "close", "stop", "sell", and become a cooperative manufacturer or node manufacturer with a powerful pump.


2) what is the way out of a moderately competitive medium domestic pump? I personally think that it is three words: "M & a" or "big money" or "big tree", that is, M & A, be retained in the industry and optimize the industry;


3) where is the way out for large-scale domestic pump enterprises? I personally think there are two exports: one is to rely on their own existing funds to upgrade themselves as soon as possible; the two is to take the way of capital market, to obtain the financing funds of the rebirth, expansion and expansion of self, to integrate the industry resources, to merge and reorganize the industry, and to be the leader of the industry subdivision market.


Of course, no matter what way, Dr. Wang Dejun believes that, more importantly, the home-made pump companies to take the lead in the change of thinking, timely adjustment of the development strategy and direction. This is the so-called "head system" transformation of entrepreneurs.
