Use and maintenance

Installation and precautions:

1, according to the size of the foundation to do a good job of concrete foundation, at the same time to bury the anchor bolts.

2, the pump and motor should be checked before installation, all parts should be intact, there should be no sundries in the pump.

3, on the basis of the unit, put a pair of wedge pads between the base plate and the foundation, through the high-speed pad, find the level of the pump.

4, pump suction, spit out the pipeline should have a bracket, can not use the pump to support the pipeline. Inlet and outlet pipeline diameter should be consistent with pump inlet and outlet diameter.

5. FZB series self-priming pumps shall be installed with the inlet pipe first and the outlet pipe after filling with liquid to correct steering. The inlet pipe of the pump must match the pump and the total length must not exceed 5 meters.

6. After installation, rotate the coupling by hand to check whether there is any friction.

7. Magnetic pump is strictly prohibited to extract the medium containing particle material.

8, in order to prevent debris into the pump, the inlet should be equipped with a filter, the filtration area should be greater than the pipe cross-sectional area of 3-4 times.

9, high head pump in the outlet pipeline should also be installed in the road check valve, in case of sudden shutdown of the water hammer damage.

10, must ensure that the pump installation height in line with the pump cavitation margin, and consider the pipeline loss and medium temperature.

11. When the medium temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken to prevent machine seal deformation and static ring cracking.

Start up and run:

1, before the start of the pump should be filled with liquid to be delivered (such as the pump is in the case of suction), close the outlet gate valve, connected to the power supply.

2, turn on the power, check whether the pump steering is correct.

3. The unit will be tested for 3-6 minutes, and it can be put into operation if there is no abnormal phenomenon.

4. When the machine is stopped, the gate valve at the exit should be closed before cutting off the power.

Repair and maintenance:

1. Check the pump and motor regularly and replace vulnerable parts.

2. When not in use for a long time, clean the internal flow channel of the pump and cut off the power supply.

3.Empty operation is strictly prohibited.
