Max. Outer diameter: 281 mm. Exit diameter: DN150. Outlet connection parameters: 8 M16*65 threaded studs, center distance: 210mm. For ease of installation, we also offer a flange and a gasket seal. Refer to the schematic diagram for a description of the coupling installation method.

supply

An outlet matching flange, a gasket seal, an introduction, a warranty card, an approval certificate, and a wooden box.

package

If the total length of the complete set of equipment is less than 3.2m, the package of the pump and motor is 1 box. In contrast, pumps and motors are packaged separately. If the customer does not have special requirements, we usually use wooden boxes.

Material

Delivery casting: non-corrosive medium: cast iron HT200; mildly corrosive medium: anticorrosive coating, chemical treatment;
Moderately corrosive medium: stainless steel 304; strongly corrosive medium: stainless steel 316, stainless steel 316L, tin bronze 3861.
Shaft: choose the material according to the medium. Non-corrosive medium: 45# cold-drawn steel with chrome plating shaft;
Moderately corrosive medium: 2Cr13, 3Cr13; strongly corrosive medium: duplex stainless steel.
Bushing: it is technological secret.

One outlet companion flange, one gasket seal, one introduction, one guarantee card, one certificate of approval, one wooden case.

Packaging

The pump and motor are packed in one case if the total length of the full set is less than 3.2m. Contrarily, the pump and motor are respectively packed. If the customer has no special requirement, we usually pack the products with wooden cases.

Working condition
1. Power
(1) If rated frequency is 50 HZ, rated voltage of motor end shall ensure for 380± 5% v with three phase ac power (need special order if the voltage is 660V).
(2) Transformer load power should not exceed 75% of its capacity
(3) When transformer is far from the well, pressure drop of the transmission lines should be considered, if the power is greater than 45 kw, transformer to the wellhead distance should no more than 20 meters, when more than 20 meters, transmission line specification should be 2 levers higher than cable specification, line pressure drop should also be considered.
2. Water quality
(1) no corrosive water in general condition
(2) sand contents0.01% ( mass ratio ).
(3) PH solution within 6.5-8.5
(4) chloride ion content less than 400mg/L
(5) hydrogen chloride contents1.5mg/L
(6) water temperatures20℃
3. Wellbore requirements
(1) straight, smooth, no bump and well tube dislocation, shaft diameter should not less than the corresponding frame size.
